HR DIRECTOR, PPC SENIOR MANAGER & (SHOE) DEVELOPMENT SENIOR MANAGER
Our client, a licensed manufacturer of world-class footwear is in need of high-caliber professionals like you to fill the positions of
Human Resource Director (HRD)
ü Experience min. 5 years in the same position in manufacturing company.
ü Responsible for developing HR Division (Personnel Admin, C&B, Recruitment, Career Development, Training & Development, Legal & Employee Relation, HRIS, Project Mgt & GA)
ü Strong leadership & decision making skill, excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill.
ü Familiar with changes in the law and / or the external environment affecting the HR.
ü Fluent in English (both oral & written) & computer literate.
Development Senior Manager (DSM)
ü Min D3/ S1 Degree, experience min. 5 years as a Developer or Commercial Manager in shoes industry.
ü Responsible for the development of new designs & sample shoes.
ü Knowledge in shoes production process & production scheduling.
ü Strong analytical ability, creative & innovative, able to thrive in fast-paced.
ü Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
Production Planning Control Senior Manager
(PPCSM)
ü Min D3/S1 Degree, experience min. 5 years in PPC field in manufacturing of products with complicated bill of material (such as shoes industry, automotive, etc).
ü Currently is holding minimal PPC Manager position.
ü Responsible for planning production schedules, and coordinate Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
ü Accustomed to work based on tasks and system, and at the same time results oriented individual.
ü Strong analytical ability & leadership, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
ü Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
